Howdy All Tipsters,
Sadly its near 5:00pm on a Friday and we have not done our review yet. So with beer in had Samantha and I are going to crash out this preview.
A pre- warning though to all Crows members who venture out to all home games. Make sure you take your feather dusters with you next week. The great Adelaide Oval is in lock down this weekend with no games scheduled and all it will be doing is gathering dust and spider webs, what a shame.
Collingwood V Western Bulldogs (Darren)
I want to try and find a big reason why Collingwood will NOT win. But lets have a look at the Bulldogs, can I possibly put up an argument? They kicked 2 goals against a Adelaide reserves side last week, a side that pretty well resembled the SANFL normal team with a couple of nice additives. Oh please lord make me wrong!!
Magpies 31 pts
Richmond V St Kilda (Darren)
As we mentioned during the week that Richmond have smashed all sides that were not in the top 8 last year and lost to all that were in the top 8. Guess what St Kilda were not in the top 8 last year.
Tigers 67 pts
Brisbane V Sydney (Darren)
Could they, could they, could they possibly repeat what they did against Hawthorn!! Sound good but NUP don’t think so. Sure, Swans are hampered with a couple of outs but this type of win doesn’t happen too many times twice in a row. Especially at the Gabba.
Swans 39 pts
Geelong V Carlton (Darren)
It was nice to see the Bombers come out firing and close down this meant to be uunstopable engine room of Geelong. For me it is such a pity that Geelong isn’t following up with one of the big gun sides but instead gets the woefulness of Carlton.
Cats 57 pts
Greater Western Sydney v Essendon (Sam)
Essendon had a flare up their butts last week beating the Cats and looking impressive. Whilst the Giants lost to the Roos. Giants get Josh Kelly back to fix all their problems, but will it be enough? Not if the bombers play like they did last week.. Bombers to win..
Hawthorn v West Coast (Sam)
So apparently now travelling isn’t a problem for the Eagles which makes tipping even harder. Hawks will be fired up after an embarrassing loss to the Lions, but Eagles have proven they are a top team this year and will be looking for their 9th win in a row.
Eagles by 21pts
Melbourne v Adelaide (Sam)
We head up to Alice Springs to see Jake Lever’s first game against the Crows. Unfortunately for him he will be wishing he still played for the Crowwies.
Crows by 24pts
Fremantle v North Melbourne (Sam)
Freo are yet to lose at home, but surprisingly to all (especially me) North have shown a lot of improvement this year. This will be a close game to end out the round and I think the Roos will just win over in Perth.
Roos by 2pts
Hope you all have a good weekend. Go Crows!
